Abstract
This research intended to analyze the implementation of village development through a program of village guided Indonesia Bank in Srikaton village . This is a descriptive qualitative research. This data were taken from literature, observation dan interview. While the samples taken by purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed descriptively. The result of research showed that: Programs that are carried out by BSR in Srikaton village consisted of consisted of economic, health, education, social environmental site. All programs have and applied and it can be enjoyed by many people in Srikaton village. General purpose of the program to make Srikaton village more independent economically and based on agriculture through BSR program has been done. Almost all people of the village give their positive response toward the applied program.
