Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Good Corporate Governance to the Corporate Environmental Disclosure in Indonesian public listed manufacturing companies. The Good Corporate Governance which are examined are Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Board of Commissioner Independence, and Board of Commissioner size. The population in this research are manufacturing companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2010. Total sample which are examined are 40 companies that selected with random sampling method. Result of this research indicates that all of variable do not have significant effect to corporate environmental disclosure.
