Abstract

The objective of this research is to know influence of organizational climate and work spirit toward officer’s performance at Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa, Bengkulu Province. This research is using survey taking sample from a population. Primary data were taken by questioner and secondary data taken from the information report, reference at Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa, Bengkulu Province. Populations in this research are all officers of Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa, Bengkulu Province. Sample was used are 58respondents.Data analysis used are descriptive and multiple regression analysis.The result of data analysis obtained are: (1) the organizational climate have an effect on significant towardofficer’s performance at Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa, Bengkulu Province; (2) Work spirit have an effect on significant towardofficer’s performance at Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa, Bengkulu Province; and (3) The more dominant variable have an effect toward officer’s performanceat Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa, Bengkulu Province is work spirit.
