Abstract

he objective of this research to describe about the implementation of culture safety and health preventif regarding work accident at PT. PERTAMINA UPMS Gas Station at Pulau Baai Bengkulu. The specific objectives of this research were; (1) to describe manager commitment of safety and health, (2) to describe comunication vertical and horizontal, (3) to describe Supervisor and Operator perception of safety and health, (4) to describe safety behavior, (5) to describe internal and external Supervisor. The method of this research was descriptive qualitative method, while the technique in collecting data were using interview and documentation technique. The respondents were manager, supervisor, and operator. The data collected was analyzed by the researches using the data reduction, data display, and data verification. The result of this research shows that the implementation of safety culture and health preventif regarding work accident at PT.PERTAMINA UPMS Gas Station at Pulau Baai Bengkulu is very well based on rule of safety regulation.
