Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the influences of lifestyle to consumptive behavior of metrosexual students. The data that being used was primary data. The primary data look from responden who filled the questionnaires in survey. And then data used from the journal and another literature from library. After the validity test and reability test, descriptive analyze by using regression. All data obtained from the spread of the questionnaires, all of them valid and reliable to do the research. In this study tested 4 variables: value (X1), life visions (X2), aesthetic styles (X3), and media preference (X4). 4 variables concurrently and partially significantly influence the consumptive behavior of metrosexual students . Value (X1) has a fairly tight correlation with the consumer behavior of metrosexual students, with a correlation coefficient of 0.266. Life VISIONS (X2) has a tight correlation with the consumer behavior with a correlation coefficient of 0, 308. Aesthetic styles (X3) also has a tight correlation with a correlation coefficient of 0.392. Media preference variable (X4) has a very tight correlation with consumer behavior with coefficient value of 0.564. The result from this research is lifestyle has influence to consumptive behavior of metrosexual students with 84 % and 16 % was influence with another factor.
