Abstract

This research is aim to analyze economic disparities between sectors in District of Kepahiang using analysis index Williamson. Meanwhile, the classification of between sectors analysis using the typology Klassen analyzed. The results of calculations of economic disparities between sectors in the District Kepahiang analyzed using the index Williamson has showed that levels of economic disparity between sectors in District of Kepahiang was balance. Because value of indeks Williamson close zero point. The results of typology Klassen analyzed, has show that the classification between the economic sectors in District of Kepahiang different each year, the agricultural sector and services sector in 2006 inclusive develop the sector classification, but in 2010 became prime sector classification. In 2006 the building sector, transportation and communications, finance, leasing and corporate services, including the classification of backward sectors, in the year 2010 to the classification of potential sectors.
