Abstract

This research is a descriptive analysis that attempted to portray objects and facts contained in the field. The study looks at the application of performance measurement Regional General Hospital M. Yunus Bengkulu using the framework of the Balanced Scorecard. The perspective used in performance measurement is financial, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth. The research data is sourced from secondary data for the financial perspective, and the primary form of questionnaires to the respondents. The respondents of this study were hospital employees and management of M. Yunus Bengkulu for learning and growth perspective, and patient/ family on patient's perspective and the customer perspective, internal business processes. The results showed that the financial perspective is not so good (enough) performance as the financial condition of hospitals M. Yunus Bengkulu still get a subsidy from the local government. Customer perspective, internal business processes, learning and growth are in a condition sufficient for an overall average of respondents' answers are in the numbers below 4. Overall performance of the Hospital M. Yunus Bengkulu on the four perspectives used in assessing the performance showed reasonably good condition, it requires the hospitals to make improvements in overall performance improvement.
