Abstract

This study aims to get the traffic lights cycle time delay that optimum, for minimize the problems of traffic lights cycle time delay so that creating a sense of safe, orderly and smoothly for motorists. Determination of traffic lights cycle time delay is done by building a optimization system that implements the Greedy Algorithm to search the optimum value. Greedy algorithm is a popular algorithm in the searching the optimum value, so that by implement the Greedy Algorithm can provide solutions for problems of traffic lights cycle time delay. The results of this study in the form of cycle time delay traffic lights, which consists of a long time delay of red, green, and determination of allred each roads.
