Abstract

This script entitled "Covenant Marriage According to Law No. 1 of 1974 Seen From Islamic Law". The method used in this paper is Empirical Legal Research. The authors raise the title because A marriage will bring certain legal consequences to the parties to do so. This is because the Marriage Act set that property acquired during a marriage become community property in which both parties have equal rights upon it. citizens and foreigners as for couples who already hold a prenup marriage, as was done by Jerome Auerswald and Lessy Efri Gustina that a prenuptial agreement which, among other treasures of the mixing does not occur during the marriage. The settings in the prenuptial agreement must not be inconsistent with the Act, decency and public order. of purpose that both want to create and establish a harmonious relationship within the marriage, and the family wants to be Sakinah Mawaddah Warahma. Then they have the same goals and both want to create harmonious relationships within a household, and the family wants to be Sakinah Mawaddah Warahma.
