Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of collective agreements supervision pursuant to Act No. 13 of 2003 on Employment in Musi Rawas and to identify and analyze the barriers to monitoring collective bargaining agreement based on Law Number 13 Year 2003 on Manpower in Musi Rawas . This study uses an empirical approach,the legal research done by examining primary and secondary data. Data processing is done by editing (editing) the data and re-edit (re-editing) data. Analysis of the data or materials that have been collected is done by way of interpretation and content analysis. For materials primary and secondary data, analyzed by means of interpretation (interpretation). The results showed that CLA Monitoring implementation by the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Musi Rawas regency of South Sumatra Province has been run in accordance with the provisions of the labor legislation. The regulatory process has been done well, and the company has been performing its duties and functions. We have registered PKB to the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Musi Rawas regency of South Sumatra Province, and the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Musi Rawas regency of South Sumatra Province has to supervise the activities of the company, especially in terms of industrial relations between employers and trade unions. That the constraints faced in the implementation of monitoring the implementation of the collective agreement that is nontechnical and technical constraints.
