Abstract

This thesis is titled implementation inheritance under customary law in the District City Mukomuko Mukomuko Mukomuko district . As for the purpose of this study was to determine how the kinship system of indigenous people in Sub City Mukomuko Mukomuko Mukomuko district , legal norms used by indigenous people in Sub City Mukomuko Mukomuko Mukomuko district in the implementation of the division of the estate and the estate distribution process is performed indigenous people in Sub City Mukomuko Mukomuko district .
