Abstract

This skripsi discusses the implementation of Forest Monitoring Stakeholder TeamForests in the Context of Regional Protection Forest in the District Lebong. With the positive and negative impacts in the communities around the forest area district leaders Lebong issued a decision district leaders Lebong No. 642 of 2009 on the Appointment of Forest Stakeholder Team In District Lebong, composed by village officials to provide support to rangers and Investigators PNS. related to forest protection and law enforcement in particular in the field of forestry. What is meant by Ranger is certain officials within the central and local forestry agencies in accordance with the nature of the work. implementation and / or implement forest protection efforts. Therefore carried out a study of forest stakeholders in the district team Lebong. This study is an empirical law. The method used in this study using interviews and collecting data in the field with regard to the Implementation Monitoring Forest Stakeholder Team Forests in the Context of Regional Protection Forest in the District Lebong. From the results of this study found that a team of forest stakeholders in the District Lebong not run longer fit properly listed in the Decision No. 642 on the appointment of Tim Stake In District Forest Lebong and Lebong District Regulation No. 11 Year 2010 on the Village Chief to Become Stakeholders Forest, constraints contained in the Forest Monitoring Implementation Team Stakeholders that forests there are 2 barriers internal and external barriers. Lebong regency government should implement the Regents Decision No. 642 of 2009 on the Appointment of Forest Stakeholder Team and Regional Regulation No. 11 Year 2010 on the Village Chief to Become Stakeholders in the District Forest Lebong
