Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine employee iob satisfact-ion at Bagion Keuangan by6 Secretariat Government Bengkulu City in terms mentally challenging experiZnce iorking, shows that deserved reward, working conditions that support, the conditions of co-workers ond the suitability of personolity to the iob. Formulatian of the p,roblem wh'ich wilt be stuclied in the research is how employee iob satisfaction at Bagian kuu.orgon 7ffice Secretariat Government Bengkulu City in terms mentally challenging experiZnce iorking, shows that deserved reward, working conditions that support, the cinditions of co-workers and the suitability of personality to the iob' This research is a qualitative iescriptive study. The population in this research was all employees ot Bagian Keuangan Office Secretariat Government Bengkulu City totoling 31 employee were taken to the cencus method. Then to clarify information regarding iob satisfaction research conducted interviews to 3 employtr.'in" results showed that employee satisfaction Bagian Keuangan office secretariat Government Bengkutu city in terms mentally challenging experiZnce working is quite high, which shows that deser-ved reward is quite high, working conditions ,ho, ,upprit i, quit, high, the conditions af co-workers rs quite high and the suitabilis of personality to the iob is quite high'
