Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the minimun spending for basic need of PNS family and to know their perception on PNS’s welfare. Based on primary data with purposive random sampling, this study used descriptive analysis. In Bengkulu Province, the average minimum spending of the aparatur family is Rp 4.139.570,- with 3-4 person in a family. To offset this expenditure they looking for the others income. The most PNS want 5 workdays a week, because they will the other days for non economic activities. Naturally, their perception is less welfare so they hope the local government add welfare insentives (for education, medicare, etc)
