Abstract

The purpose of this research is to f,ind correlation between insentive with work achievement and the role of insentive toward work motivation in mediating correlation between incentive with urorl< achievement. Based on the result of the research, it was found that the incentive giverr to the employees with great work achievement was in the form of money, goods, and others. Tire incentive given once a month according to the worl< achievement, which was for every unit of engine vechicle sold, the firm would give incentive as many as Rp.100.000/unit,and a reward in the form of goods or recreation. The employees' work hievements of PT. F.l.F Branch Bengkulu were influenced by incentive program given by the firm, which caused the improvement of work motivation of the employees. Incentive given by the firm is able to improve work motivation which finaly resulting the improvement of work achievement.
