Abstract
ensfrict This study aimed to investigate the nftueii of Islamic work ethic attitudes on organizational change with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The populatian in this study is the manager and employee In thefinance department of Islamic of the financial finance instidttions The sample of the sady was the manager and employees department at Islamic financiol institutions in Bengkulu city. The data used are primary dato, obtainedby distribwting questionnaires to the respondents. Hypothesis testing is used multiple regression to test the first hypothesis, a third. To test the second hypotherts used simple regression. The resul* of hypothesis testing showed that there was no direct positive effect between Islamic work ethic and attitudes on organizational change. While the results of hypothesis testing indirectly iound that orgonizational commihnent as an interuening variable also can not mediate the lslamic work ethic attifitdes on organizational change.
