Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze civilian employee performance at Biro Organisasi and Tatalaksana and Sumber Daya Alam. This research used descrtiptive analysis. This research used questionare. The data in this research used primary data that collected by questionare. The number of sample in this research was 104 respondents. The result of this research shows that the civilian employee performance at Biro Organisasi and Tatalaksana and Biro Sumber Daya Alam Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu is good based on civilian employee perception. The result also shows 14 variables that would analyze more (MSA>0.5). from 14 variables there were 7 factor that influence civilian employee (eigen value> 1). Recommendation in this research to Biro Oragnisasi and Tatalaksana and Biro Sumber Daya Alam Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu. In order to increase employee performance and to meet the expectations of the community organizations should implement strategies to improve the seven factors identified from loyalty factor, performance factor, the factor of responsibility, adherence factors, factors honesty, cooperation factors and factors initiatives. In this study, especially in a way to give full support to the employees of the duties of employees, motivating employees to boost performance, increase in responsibilities entailed by each employee, improving morality and fairness for employees, working on tasks in work groups, enhance cooperation among employees as well as numerous other strategies that wishes to motivate employees to improve performance and reward employee performance
