Abstract

High number of people who go back and forth to jail because of drug punishment in Bengkulu city shows that guiding system and rehabilitation for them are not maximum yet. The main target for drug user is young generation which can be seen from statistic that almost half of its their age are under 30 years old. Due to that circumstance it is needed a place for them where they feel comfort to develop their potention and care about their aspiration so that make them independent from drug. And also in this place is needed some people who care about them by making small group community of drug user to keep them busy so that they do not think about drug anymore. The aim of making this group is to give protection, education and also opportunity to get better live. Not only posibility of self reliance is created, but also they will have access to special services that they need so they have normal live like others. According data, drug user who free from jail in 2013 is 35 persons, which almost half of them are under 30 years old, 15 persons respectively. Rehabilitation groups are made for them based on their talent such as music, automotive, photography, painting etc. Side caring are done for instance giving knowledge about bad effect of drugs, show them how to develop their talent and skills, and also how to keep their confidence.
