Abstract
This research is obtain ed to iden ti fy and describe perfor ma n ce , mot ivation of working, satisfaction of working and incent ives for cer t ifi cated le cturer, an d it s ef fe ct to lecturer per formance of wor k ing and in order to provide studying activities at Health Politechnic Bengkulu 2013. Research metode is des criptive an a l yt i c with cros s s ectional a pproach. Numb er of respondent populati on is 41 and sample 30 respondents with criteria in c l us ion. The research found that the moti v a ti on implicates unsignificantly to lecturer’s per formance, however satisfaction an d incentiv es could impli cat e s ignifica ntly to lecturer’s performa n ce. F tes t show ed th a t s i mu ltanly mot ivatio n , satisfaction and incent iv es could effect signifi cantly to le cturer’ s performa nce (0 . 0 00 ) or < 0 . 05. T test parsially showed that motiv a tion eff ect unsignificanly to lecturer ’s pe r f or man c e (0 .10 1 ) or > 0.05 . How ever , satisfaction ( 0 .0 07) and in centiv es (0.041) implicate s ignificantly to lecturer’s pe r f or man c e . Suggested to director of Health Pol y techni c Bengkulu should have to mak e a plan of training opportunity and give appreci a tion for honorable lecturers . Director should pl a y his role to accompr omise with ev ery program department and build emotional r elations hip. So that th er e will be nice relationship between lecturer ’s an d build motiv a tion another to wor k w ell. The steps in order to serve lecturer thr o ugh gi v i n g appr ec iation for them , to support their spirit. Consider ed that lect urers are importan t ass et, and find the way to fa ce un loyalty lectures .
