Abstract

The  resear ch  ai m ed   is   to  analiz e  the  inf l uen c e  of   motiva tion,   leadership  and   work culture   to w a r d s  performance   of   civil  servant  at  the   Gene ral  Election  Co mm is sion   in   the   Pr ovince  of  Bengkulu . The  reseach  has   us ed   survey   metho d ,  w hich   is   th e   informa t ion   has  coll ected  from  the   respondents  by  distributing  qu estionnaire  as   a   tool   to  collect   primary   data.  Sample  in   the   research  is   civil  servan t  in    th e   Ge neral  Election  Co mmis sion   in  the  Province  of  Bengkulu   which   am o u nt  to 85  people.  Data source  that   has   obtained   in   the   research  was  primar y data,  in   order   to  statistically   data  sampling,  it has  scored   each   qu e s t i o n   in  the  ques tionnaire   w hich   raised   to  responders.  The  research   used  Li k e r t   Scale  (5   poin ts).  The   analysis  tool  that   has  used  was   qualit ative   an d   quantitative  analysis .  Qu alitative  an a l ys i s   has  used  frequency   distribu tion   and   qu anti tative   an a l ys i s   has   used  multi p le  regressions,   multi p le   det erminati on   coeffici ents ,  cor r el ation  coeffici ent   and  F  tes t   and   t   te s t .   Conclusion   of   th e   resear ch  shows   that   motiv a tion   (X 1),  lead ership  (X 2) and work culture(X 3)   both   partially   an d  s i mu ltan e o us ly   have   pos itive  and   signifi cant   influen c e  towards  performance   of  the  employees .  The  result   has   been   expect ing   the  leaders   to  be  mor e   mot i vate  their   s ubordinates   so   they   can  work   better,  an d   upgr ad ing  motivat e   of   the  amployees   by  affir ming   again  in   executing   duty  fr om  superior.  Appr eciate  every   work   of   the  employees   so  they  can   be   more   motiv a ted   in  work,  and  in t e r l ac e   good   relation  be t w e e n   leader   and   s u b o r d in a t es .  It   is   aimed   to   increase  work   performance   of  the   empl oyee   in   co min g   periods.  To  the  next   researcher,  fu r t h e r   research  has   ex pect e d   to  in clude   more  respondent,   variables ,  factor s   and   other   in d ica t o r s  that  has   not  be en  described   in  this   resear ch.
