Abstract
Management target base on the school is to improve the education by delegating important decision making from center and area of school. Management base on the school give the bigger operation opportunity for headmaster, teacher, pupil and parent for education process at school. In this approach, certain decision making hit the budget, officer and curriculum placed in school level and in area level, and surely center. One important implication that school leaders have to own the capacities make decision to related things significant operate for the school and confess, taking elements of set in center framework going into effect the totality school.
