Abstract

The   objective   of    this  resea rc h  is  to  Acqu ire   Preview  Perform a nce  Recovery  Group   and  maintainer,   Knowing  gaps/  inadequaci es   Re c o ve ry   Work ing   Group   and  maintainer,   Identify  tra i ning   needed   by  administrato rs  and  custodians  Recovery   Group.   This   rese arch  is  a   descriptive  st udy   with  a   qualitative  approa ch.   Dat a   were   collected   thr ou g h   question naire   to   30   resp on dents   and  conducted    interviews  to   4   people   and  4   Sub   Working   Group   Facilitator  District.  Ba s e d   on   th e   re s u l t s   of   the   study  found  th a t   the   resp on dents  (a dministra tors  group   use rs   and   custodia ns)  gives   value  ­  average   ov e r a l l   e lement   to   the  performance  of   groups   of  use rs   and  custodians  are   2,  36   which   mea ns  Not   Good.  Of  the   fi v e   elements   /  va ri a b les   under  study  is  re l a t e d   to  availability  of   perform a nc e  planning  and   budgeting   infra s tru c ture   maintenance  activities,  the   controlled  utiliza tion  and   maintenanc e   of   infrastructure ,  contribution s   of  users  as  well  as  from   the   ot h e r s   is  mana geable,  the   a vailab ility  of  physica l  prog re ss   re ports   on  a   regula r  basis,  the   ava i lability   of  techn i ca l   skills   of   constr uction.  For  elem ents  ­  el em ents   tha t  need  to  be  improved,  then  the   re q u i r e d   training  in   order   to  cover  a   gap   between  the   ideal  performance/  st a n da rd s   orga niza ti on   with   actual  pe rformance.
