Abstract

The objective   of   this  research  is  to   describe   of individual characteristic,  organizational  comitment, workload, and employee performance at National Education  Office  of  Bengkulu  Province .  This  research is  descriptive  analysis.  The   data   of  this  research   used   primary  Data   collecting  is  conducted  by  filling   out  some  questionnaires and interview. The number of  samples   in this research were   80 respondents   by  proportional cluster random  sampling  method.  The   analysis  used  the   staff’s  perception  of  individual  characteristic, organizational comitment,  workload,  and employee performance, frequency distribution table, mean and interview result.  The   result of  this  research  shows   that   individual  characteristic, organizational comitment, and employee  performance  were   already  good .  Suggestions  urged  by  the researcher   based  on the results   of the study  which had been done   are that  the   National  Education Office of Bengkulu  Province  placed  righ  employee  in   righ job.  Aded   new personel or employee  in  Elementary Division,  High   School and Collage  Division,  and  Financial  Division.
