Abstract

Bengkulu Provincial Government through the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Bengkulu province and be fully implemented by the field PUBLICATION deliver government information programs and activities through the mass media magazine. The magazine is called "Suara Rafflesia". Based on the background of the researcher wants to conduct research in order to determine whether messages on the magazine " Suara Rafflesia " effect on the level of knowledge of employees in the province of Bengkulu SKPD. This study used a quantitative approach or methodology or describe a problem that results can be generalized. This methodology has Objectivist principles. Obtained sample of 110 respondents. The sampling technique used proportion or proportional sample, or a sample equilibration. Measuring devices used is a 10 item questionnaire covered questions that use the Guttman scale. Once the data is obtained performed using SPSS data processing method using a simple linear regression. The results after a few tests to see the effects of these two variables. indicates that the variable message in the magazine " Suara Rafflesia " have an influence on the level of knowledge of employees in the province of Bengkulu SKPD. While the percentage of influence between the message in the magazine " Suara Rafflesia " the knowledge level of employees in the province of Bengkulu SKPD 5.3%.
