Abstract

Starting from the Bengkulu ESATV grouping several employees while carrying out duties as a media crew, but still able to produce works of remarkable. The study aims to determine the interaction of the employees ESATV Bengkulu is a qualitative research approach of symbolic interaction. Which seeks to analyze how the interaction of Bengkulu ESATV employees when performing their duties as a media crew and find out what symbols are used and which are formed from the interaction of outcomes. The study uses data collection techniques are done by means of participant observation and in-depth interviews they model the interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman as research data analysis techniques. Data obtained from the principal informant interviews and key informants as well as the observation of the researcher in this study were analyzed using the theory of symbolic interaction belongs to Herbert Blumer (three-premise), that humans act based on the meanings, meanings are created from the interaction, and the meaning is modified when the interaction takes place. The results of this study revealed that the interaction in the work environment, employees ESATV Bengkulu can be divided into three groups of employees based on how they interpret the interaction, they are the interaction of employees who interpret only as a medium for working together, employees who interpret the interaction as a means to maintain existence, and employees who interpret the interaction as the need to support the family relationships. It can be concluded that the grouping that occurs in Bengkulu ESATV did not significantly affect the performance of employees, but if the grouping does not happen, of course ESATV Bengkulu employees will be able to produce work that is much better than now.
