Abstract

Competition and the demands of the professional work of the higher pressures cause many to be dealt with employees in the workplace. This tension and prolonged constant potential to cause anxiety. Adverse impact of the presence of an anxiety disorder that is often experienced by the community and the workforce in particular is called stress. Stress is also commonly interpreted as pressure, tension or unpleasant disturbances coming from outside one's self. Stress management is more than just a handle, which is studying the adaplif and effectively mitigate them. Almost as important to know what not to do and what to try. Most people with stress in the workplace due to competition, often in a way to vent excessive work harder. Understanding of the basic principles, an important part for someone capable of designing solutions to problems that arise primarily related to the causes of stress in relation to workplace. Through the organizational point of view, management may not be concerned if employees experiencing mild stress. The reason is because the stress level lertentu will give a positive result, as this will be urging them to do a better job. But at high levels of stress or prolonged mild stress will make the decline in the performance of employees. Mild stress may be beneficial for the organization, but from an individual standpoint it is not a desirable thing. Then management might be thought to membcrikan tasks include mild stress for employees to provide encouragement for employees, but otherwise it will be perceived as pressure by the workers. It requires the right approach to manage stress, there are two approaches, approaches an individual and organizational approaches.
