ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to identify the strategic for public service of human resources in the office of demography and civil statistic in Musi Rawas Regency South Sumatera Province by using analysis SWOT that included internal and external factors to jugde the strength, weaknees, threats, and opportunities and the sample with use is the people who need the service of demography document and human resources in the office of demography and civil statistic with the method accidental sampling. The strategic which can be done is the turn around strategic at the third quadrant that is strategy focus by minimizing the internal problem and opportunities which are in improve the public service of human resources.
