PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KEGIATAN PESERTA DIDIK (LKPD) BERBASIS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING PADA MATERI PENCEMARAN LINGKUNGAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMECAHKAN MASALAH PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X SMA

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to develop Biology students worksheet based on problem based
learning towards enviromental pollution material inan effort to improve the problem
solving ability of the students gradeXin senior high school. The design of this research
was research and development.This research used R & D method adopted the Dick &
Carey model, which consists of 8 stages. Subjects of this research were 31 students ini
class X SMAN 1 Central Bengkulu. Research variabel of this research was the problem
solving skills of the students. Instrument used to measure the ability to solve the
problem was in the form of written test. The result of the development of biology
students worksheetbased on problem based learning in enviromental pollution material
consists of five elements of the general framework and nine elements of the core
framework. The results of validation assesment on all aspects of teaching material in
biology students worksheet that wasdeveloped, it had a very good feasibility with a
percentage of 90.62%. The result of pretest-postest of the learners' ability to solve
problem before it was tested by students worksheet and after the students learned from
the worksheet showed an improvement in result with average score 61 become 78.
Therefore, the study that usedthe biology students worksheet which developed by using
the problem based learning could enhance the ability of the students in solving the
problem within the enviromental pollution material for grade X senior high school.
