ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KERJA PEGAWAI DALAM MENJALANKAN TUGAS POKOK DAN FUNGSI PELAYANAN PERIZINAN DI BADAN PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PERIZINAN KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS

Target of this research: (1) to describe ability of officer of Body Cultivation of Capital
and Permit of MusiRawasRegency of knowledge of officer work; (2) to describe ability
of officer of Body Cultivation of Capital and Permit of MusiRawasRegency of skill of
officer; and (3) to describe ability of officer of Body Cultivation of Capital and Permit of
MusiRawasRegency from understanding of officer.Method which used in this research
descriptive method with approach qualitative. Descriptive method, that is method
depicting and elaborating about a[n situation related to quality of human resource able to
improve officer performance. Descriptive (research descriptive) to check and to get data
which actual and is accurate, where the data debate and elaborated systematically and
also concluded to get resolving from problem of accurate. Data type the used obtained
primary data interview. Subject or informant in research officer of Body Cultivation Of
Capital and Permit (BPMP) of MusiRawasRegency amounting to 12 people. Method the
data analyzedwas used descriptive qualitative analysis.Pursuant to result of data analysis
obtained result of that : (1) Knowledge of officer of Body Cultivation of Capital and
Permit of MusiRawasRegency mount after obtaining practice and education posed at the
height of knowledge, conceptual knowledge, knowledge about work, knowledge of
completion of task, and improvement of individual capacities in general; (2) Skill of
officer of Body Cultivation of Capital and Permit of MusiRawasRegency mount after
obtaining education and practice posed at progressively its goodness skill execute duty,
skill work along, skill of diplomacy, and skill use equipment’s of work; and (3)
Understanding of work officer of Body Cultivation of Capital and Permit of
MusiRawasRegency mount after obtaining practice and education shown with
understanding of fundamental duty and function, the increasing of work discipline,
ability and finish work, and also the understanding of requirement and desire of society.
