MODEL OF INTEGRATED ENGLISH LISTENING-SPEAKING MATERIALS FOR VII GRADE AT SMP NEGERI 15 BENGKULU CITY IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020

This research used quantitative and qualitative method. It was aimed to
obtain modelmaterials for English integrated listening-speaking skills for grade
VII in SMP Negeri 15 Bengkulu City and to find out suitable materials for grade
VII in SMP Negeri 15 Bengkulu City. The samples of this research were students
grade VII in SMP Negeri 15 Bengkulu City. The data were collected with need
analysis questionnaire andmodel evaluation questionnaire. The method was mixed
method (qualitative and quantitative). The result shows that students of SMP
Negeri 15 Bengkulu city : 1)needs more materials in basics daily English
conversation, 2)need more practices and activities in order to improve their
listening-speaking English skills. This model evaluation the results is : The model
fits to use with some revisions (typos, wrong order in chapter, and lack of
references).
