Abstract
The purpose of this research is to knows how about developmental of tourism place and
to determines developmental strategic of Seblat elephants training center.
The desain of research is desriptive exporative. Data of this research is primer and
secunder data. Primer data collected by interview with coesioner to the respondent and
secunder data collested by goverment offices for primer data. The sampel collested by
conventece sampling and this research uses SWOT analysiz methods.
The kind of Seblat elephants training center turism is very good to develop as a best
tourism because this tourism is the one and only in Sumatera and namber tri in
Indonesia. The weaknes of this tourism is facility and transportation to reuch the location
is not very good. The other weakness is operational budget for elephants care in Seblat
elephant training center.
