PEMBINAAN GURU OLEH KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN PENGAWAS DI MADRASAH ALIYAH ALMUHAJIRIN TUGUMULYO KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS DARUSALAM

The objective of this study is to describe teacher development conducted by
the principal and supervisor at an Islamic high school in Musi Rawas. This
research is an attempt to answer the following questions : a) how the principal
and supervisor assign the teaching and learning tasks for teacher, b) how the
principal and supervisor teaching I teaching an learning activities, c) how the
principal and supervisor motivation teachers to work harder, d) how the
principal and supervisor encourage teacher to disciplined, e) how the
principal and the supervisor help teacher prove their career, and f) how the
principal and supervisor help prove teacher prosperity. This study used a
descriptive qualitative method. The subject were the school principal and
supervisor and several teacher at Madrasah Aliyah AlMuhajirin Kabupaten
Musi Rawas. Data collecting technique involved observation, interview, and
documentation. The results show that the teacher development management
conducted by the principal and supervisor already affective and continuous. It
can be seen from the compatibility between the teacher job description
teachers skill and the academic supervisor conducted by the principal and
supervisor. The teachers could development their professionallity teaching
and learning activities, motivation, and discipline. They also get support in
developing their career prosperity by the principal and supervisors.
