Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the style of leadership and internal
communications on the effectiveness at Dinas Pendidikan employees in the
Bengkulu, furthermore the research examine the effect of leadership style and
internal communication on the effectiveness at Dinas Pendidikan Bengkulu. The
data used in this study is the primary data are supported by secondary data.
Primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 56 employees
who made the study respondents. While the secondary data collected from reports
at Dinas Pendidikan Bengkulu and other literature-related problems examined.
Data analysis was carried out quantitatively, using multiple linear regression using
the statistics, and multiple hypothesis testing is terminated using the F test (F-test)
and t test (t-test). Based on the data analysis, it is known that the leadership style
and internal communications influence the effectiveness. Through the analysis of
double terminated obtained that together style of leadership and internal
communication contribute the effect effectiveness at Dinas Pendidikan Bengkulu.
The hypothesis made earlier can be proved, where the F test results showed F
calculated > F tables and t test results showed t count for each variable studied > t
table. This suggests that either simultaneously or partial internal style proven
leadership and communication influence the effectiveness at Dinas Pendidikan
Bengkulu.
