ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEHATAN BANK DENGAN SISTEM RISK BASED BANK RATING (RBBR): APLIKASINYA PADA BANK BENGKULU

The objective of this study is to determine whether the evaluation of banking health rating of
Bank Bengkulu is matching with the Central Bank, especially in the implementation of Risk
Base Bank Rating (RBBR) system. The object of this study is the contents of the analysis of
Bank Bengkulu rating in self-assessment of banking health. The period of observation is the
year of 2007-2010 and the year of 2011. In this study data were collected from the Bank
Bengkulu online information service and the Central Bank at Bengkulu online publication. The
results show that in the period of year 2007 – 2010, the rating of banking health for Bank
Bengkulu was still below the Central Bank standard. However, in the year of 2011 Bank
Bengkulu rating health raised become the same as the Central Bank Standard. In conclusion,
Bank Bengkulu composite rating health is good. Bank Bengkulu is able to maintain the good
condition in term of the risk management; hence this bank will continue to grow further in the
future in order to become the regional champion bank.
