ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI LAMA MENCARI KERJA BAGI TENAGA KERJA TERDIDIK DI KABUPATEN REJANG LEBONG

The aim of this research is to analyze the influences toward the period for looking a
job variables such as age, education background, wage and frequency of job’s offer.
In order to reach the aim, this research used primary data by spreading the
questionnaire to 120 respondents, who already worked and also used secondary data
such as the data from the related institutions and literatures.
This research was conducted in Rejang Lebong district. The analysis method used
multiple anylysis. The result counted by e-views showed that the variables age,
education background and frequency of job’s offer had mostly significant influences
toward the time for looking a job due to it has probability under 0,05. Whereas, the
wage variable hadn’t significant influences, because the probability more than 0,05.
