ANALISIS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA DI KOTA BENGKULU

This study aims to analyze human development especially in the education in the city of
Bengkulu. The type of data used are secondary data in the form of time series data. While
the source data from the Central Statistics Bengkulu Province. This research used
descriptive to describe how the human development in the city of Bengkulu. Human
Development Index(HDI) in the city of Bengkulu highest because it is supported by the
education and health indices, while the index of income contribute littles to the formation
of HDI. Education Development can be considered successful because the average length
of the school in the city of Bengkulu 10.9. This condition is much higher in comparison
with the average length of the school in Bengkulu. Besides the literacy rate reached 99. It
shows the success of Bengkulu city government in education.
