Abstract
This thesis aims to determine the development of drug trafficking crimes in the city of Bengkulu. The method used is the method of sociological (socio-juridical) with empirical legal research technique that uses data with data primer.faktor Secondaryfactors that cause children to be involved in drug trafficking are environmental or social
factors, lack of supervision from parents and the community,
and lack of understanding about the dangers of abuse
and circulation narkotika.Upaya made in tacklingdrug trafficking
