Abstract
The objectives of this research is ta know and to describe of the internal communication o'ii ig."ry p"r7or^rnce at the Local Officer Boar,C of Bengkulu Province. The methods
used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The descriptive methods is the methods inirn tu describe the actual ond accurote data, where such dota is then discussed and expounded systematically and summed up to obtain the solution of the problems eiamined. Tie data was used in this research is primary data, which obtained through by
distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The respondents in the study were officer of the Local Officir Board of Bengkulu Province. Data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative inalysis. Research results concluded that: [1) the interpersonal communication
on the Local Aficer Board of Bengkulu Province has on the good category and (2) the officers' perfoimance at the Locai 1ffcer Board of Bengkulu Province has on the good
categary.
