ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN SUBSIDI BAGI NELAYAN AKIBAT KENAIKAN HARGA BAHAN BAKAR MINYAK (BBM)

The aim of this research is to know the best subsidy policy for traditional fisherman in Bengkulu City. The Analysis of this research used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method. AHP is one of analysis instrument to take decision on complex problems with way simplify and quicken make decision process. This process involves pairwise comparisons. The decision maker starts by laying out the
overall hierarchy of the decision. This hierarchy reveals the factors tobe considered as well as the various alternatives in the decision.From the analysis we can conclude that the criteria of subsidy policy which very suitable for traditional fisherman in Bengkulu city in crease income with priority 0,59 then distributor actor which very suitable is village apparatus with priority 0,53 and choice alternative of subsidy policy which very suitable for traditional fisherman in Bengkulu city is a help catch tool for fisherman with priority 0,45. with consistency ratio (CR) is 0,5 – 6,9 %.
