Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence on the factors that influence on indonesian public listed companies policy related to capital structure based pecking order theory and static trade-off theory. 51 firms or 102 observations were selected using cluster random sampling method as the sample of this study..The result of this study indicates that only pecking theory factor i.e. capital expenditure that influence to capital structure policy
of indonesian public listed companies.
