FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN MOTIVASI ALIH FUNGSI LAHAN SAWAH MENJADI KOLAM IKAN DI DESA TANJUNG BERINGIN KECAMATAN AIR NIPIS KABUPATEN BENGKULU SELATAN

The purpose of this research is 1). To find out how extensive paddy fields which have been conversion the farmer into a fish pond. 2.) to find out what factors related to
farmers ' motivation in doing over the function of the land. 3). to find out the difference when the rice farming and acceptance the acceptance time of farming fish ponds. The
determination of the location of the research was done deliberately (purposive) that is in one of the village which became a Center for farming fish ponds of Fresh Water in the
Juice. The respondents in this study this is a farmer's land over the function which performs by using census methods. The results showed that the land area townhouse + 1.89% as much or disable an 0,286 Ha with an average area of 0,0143 Ha, with the number of units an overall total of 48 units.
