FAKTOR PENENTU PENCAPAIAN KINERJA AUDITOR PEMERINTAH

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the influence of motivation locus of control, and leadership style on performance of government auditors. Respondents in this study amounted to 44 people who are auditors of Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Bengkulu representative. Data was collected through questionnaires. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The test results prove that the motivation positive effect on the performance of auditors While locus of control and leadership style does not affect the performance of auditors.
