Abstract
This research is a type of quasi-experimental research (quasi-experiment) with a
pre-test and post-test without control approach which aims to determine the effect
of group counseling services with entrepreneurship techniques to achieve
employee job satisfaction in marketing PT. Main Motor Pagar Dewa City of
Bengkulu. The population of this research is marketing employees of PT. Main
Motor Pagar Dewa City of Bengkulu. Sampling of 10 people with inclusion
criteria had worked more than 2 years and were willing to become respondents.
The group counseling procedure is carried out every week for four times
counseling. Data collection techniques use a questionnaire to measure job
satisfaction. The data analysis technique in this study used the t test with a
significant level of 0.05. The results of data analysis obtained tcount of 4.583> t
table 2.144 and p value of 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is the effect of
providing counseling services with entrepreneurship techniques on employee job
satisfaction marketing PT. Utama Motorbike of Pagar Dewa Bengkulu.
