EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAANMUSRENBANG DI KECAMATANPASARMANNAKABUPATEN BENGKULUSELATAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Pelaksanaan Musrenbang This
study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Musrenbang implementation in Pasar
Manna District, South Bengkulu Regency and to analyze the barriers to the
effectiveness of Musrenbang implementation in Pasar Manna District, South
Bengkulu Regency. This research is a descriptive research. The sample in this study
was taken by census, that is, the entire population was sampled. So the sample in the
study was 60 people. In this study, the method used in determining informants was
purposive sampling technique, which was chosen with certain considerations and
objectives used to meet the criteria of informants in this study. To answer the research
objectives, using a Likert scale with indicators of the effectiveness of the Musrenbang
implementation in Pasar Manna District, South Bengkulu Regency. The results
showed that the effectiveness of the musrenbang implementation in Pasar Manna
District was quite effective because there were still many proposals that had not been
realized or crossed out due to budget shortages and the proposed proposals were not
in accordance with the Vision and Mission of the South Bengkulu Regency
Government and the inhibiting factor for the effectiveness of the musrenbang
implementation was community participation at the level of community participation.
The village or kelurahan is still lacking because the village and kelurahan heads do
not conduct pre-musrenbang at the village level before conducting the musrenbang at
the village or kelurahan level, so the proposal has not yet been part of the
community's participation.
