Abstract

In the current digital era, Life changes are increasingly visible with
the Covid-19 Pandemic. Starting from adults to children who cannot carry out
their usual activities, all activities are carried out at home through digital
technology, and make payment transactions via e-wallet. e-wallet is an
application that is connected to the internet and is used to store electronic money,
the population of this study is e-wallet users in Indonesia and Taiwan and
sampling is purposive sampling. To find out the factors that encourage someone
to use a system, many models The research used, one of which is the Technology
Acceptance Model which is the result of the development of Venkatesh (2002).
The variables to measure the interest in reusing e-wallet in the TAM model are
perceived trust, perceived usefulness. And moderated by perceived risk, the
results of this study indicate that the moderator is not suitable to be used as a
moderator between the independent variable and the dependent variable. This
moderating variable produces a negative effect and reduces the use of e-wallet in
Indonesia and Taiwan. both independent variables proved significant to
behavioral intention to reuse e-wallet services. Behavioral intentions proved
significant to user behavior.
