Abstract
The SKCK website is a web-based application created by the government for the
community in the SKCK creation process. Starting from registration to extending
the police record certificate. To evaluate the system using the System Usability
Scale. Based on the evaluation results of the SKCK website, it got a score of =
61.125, where the website needs improvement in terms of usability and in terms of
user interface / user experience, while in testing the recommended design it got a
score of = 81.25. with 40 people and 5 personas in a design thinking approach. The
respondents used in this research were users who had accessed the SKCK website.
Then the aim of this research is to determine the level of experience of SKCK users,
regarding the SKCK registration website and make recommendations for UI/UX
design that is in accordance with user needs. It is hoped that the design
recommendations in this research will be taken into consideration for the benefit of
the SKCK website system in improving user experience and improving the
interface.
