Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan etnosains dalam proses pembuatan rebung asam
pada materi bioteknologi terhadap meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IX SMP
Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest
Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 7 Kota
Bengkulu dengan sampel kelas IX C berjumlah 31 orang siswa. Penentuan sampel
tersebut menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa
lembar tes yang berbentuk soal pilihan ganda. Hasil uji peningkatan belajar siswa
