PERAN BADAN KEHORMATAN DEWAN PERWAKILAN RAKYAT DAERAH PROVINSI BENGKULU DALAM MENEGAKKAN KODE ETIK ANGGOTA DEWAN PERWAKILAN RAKYAT DAERAH PROVINSI BENGKULU

Bengkulu Provincial People's Representative Council as a channel for the
aspirations of the people but there are some members of the Regional House of
Representatives who violate the ethics that is contrary to the laws and regulations
so that this research raises the Role of Honor Board In upholding the code of
ethics of members of the Regional House of Representatives of Bengkulu
Province. This study aims to understand and know deeply about the Role of
Honor Board In upholding the code of ethics of members of the Provincial House
of Representatives of Bengkulu Province and, to understand how obstacles faced
by the Honor Board in enforcing the code of ethics members of the Regional
House of Representatives of Bengkulu Province. To find out in detail the factors
that hinder the implementation of ethical code enforcement
This research is empirical law to answer the legal issues faced. The type of
data used is secondary data and primary data. Sources of secondary data used
include primary materials. Data collection techniques used are literary studies in
the form of literature books, legislation, and data collection through interviews
and electronic media related to the problems studied with the theoretical
framework (1) democratic theory, (2) the institutional theory of the state, ( 3)
authority theory and (4) ethical theory.
The conclusions of this study are (1) that the Honor Board has not played a
role in handling violations committed by members of DPRD, (2) obstacles faced
by Honorary Board of Bengkulu Provincial DPRD in upholding the code of ethics
must have the Honor Board of Honor Board
