PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, SIKAP INOVATIF, KOMPETENSI, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH DI KOTA BENGKULU

The title of this research is the influence of the behavior of a leadership,
innovative attitude and competency and organization’s culture toward
the performance of the teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Bengkulu
City. The research consists of 229 population and 70 sample, data
collection techniques using instruments in the form of questionnaires.
This study uses a survey method with a quantitative research approach
using multiple regression analysis techniques and correlation. The
results of the research are: (1) there is a positive and significant
influence leadership the performance of the teachers, (2) there is a
positive and significant between innovative attitude the performance
of the teachers, (3) there is a positive and significant influence between
competency the performance of the teachers, (4) there is a positive and
significant influence between organization’s culture the performance of
the teachers, (5) there is a positive and significant influence the
behavior of a leadership, the innovative attitude, competency, and
organization’s culture the means of education collectively to the
performance of the teachers. It can be concluded that there were
significant effects of leadership variables, innovative attitudes,
competencies and organizational culture simultaneously on teacher
performance with a value of 56,60%, contributing 56,60% of teacher
performance variables to the variables mentioned above.
