Abstract
The problem of this research is recruitment system, selection, placement,
and development teacher and headmaster of junior high school in Seluma.
The general objective of this research is described the system of
recruitment, selection, placement and development teacher and
headmaster of junior high school in Seluma. This research uses a
qualitative descriptive method which tries to analyze the real phenomenon
without any interventions from the writer, after the data has been collected
the data is inspected and analyzed. The result of this research shows that
the system of recruitment, selection, placement and development teacher
and headmaster of junior high school in Seluma have not run well as the
determination and regulation which are valid.
